Shipping policy

VOSS STORE SHIPPING: 

Voss Store offers shipping within Australia for a flat shipping fee of $25.

We ship with Australia Post. We will provide you with a Tracking Number once the order has been shipped. Please include your mobile number to receive tracking notifications from Australia Post.

Orders will be processed within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed and dispatched the next business day.

In Sale periods please allow extra time for processing and delivery of goods.

Buy online and pickup in-store. In store pick up available at our Avalon store.

Goods can generally be collected from our store on the day of order, we will send a follow up email shortly after your order confirmation advising when your purchase is ready or if there are any delays.
