Refund policy

VOSS STORE RETURNS POLICY:

We gladly accept returns/exchanges on regular price items that are still in their original condition (new, all tags attached, unwashed and unworn)

All returns need to be returned within 10 days of purchasing and you will be issued with store credit to the value of your original purchase.

The costs of the return postage is at the customers expense.

Unfortunately we do not accept refunds or exchanges on sale items.

All returns require Authorisation prior to returning.
